“Matthew was extremely professional and courteous as well as prompt. To give some context, a courier truck had accidentally backed into our balcony and torn off a piece of it in the process. I texted Matthew about the incident, he came out the next day to assess and give a quote, and then within a couple of days his team had it repaired and looking like new.
