Here's what we were working with - a dated master bathroom with dark cherry cabinets, black granite counters, a cramped framed shower, and builder-grade everything. Functional? Sure. But nowhere close to what this space could be.

We gutted it. The whole thing. What we ended up with is a completely different room. The vanity went from heavy and dark to a clean, light wood finish with warm brushed gold hardware. The countertop is a crisp white marble-look quartz that ties everything together. Two sinks, plenty of drawer storage, and a lighted upper cabinet centered between them - the details are what make it feel custom.

The shower is where this one really shines. We brought in floor-to-ceiling deep navy vertical tile that gives the space a bold, moody feel without feeling overdone. The brass fixtures pop against it perfectly. And the floor - white hex tile - keeps it grounded and clean. The whole layout is open, with glass panels instead of a full enclosure, so it feels way bigger than it actually is.

Then there's the niche. A lit niche built right into the shower wall. It's one of those details that people notice immediately but can't always put their finger on why the space feels so well thought out. That little touch of light tucked into the tile is exactly the kind of thing we love doing on a bathroom remodel like this.

This is a full master bath remodel done right - from the vanity all the way to the shower build. If your bathroom still looks like it did when the house was built, this is what's possible.
