This one was a full gut-and-replace - old shingles off, decking exposed, and a brand new system installed from the ground up. We went with Tamko Titan HD in Rustic Hickory, and it was the right call. That color has a rich, multi-toned brown that works really well against brick, and it gives the whole house a lot more character than the old roof ever did.

What made this job a little different is that it was insurance-approved - both the roof and the gutters. Navigating that process can feel like a headache for homeowners, but that's something we handle regularly. Getting the scope documented correctly and approved so the homeowner isn't left holding the bill for work that storm damage caused - that matters a lot to us.

The mid-project shots tell the real story of how much work goes into a proper installation. Full tear-off, fresh decking where it was needed, underlayment laid clean across every section before a single shingle went down. This house has a complex roofline with multiple dormers and intersecting planes - not a simple job by any stretch. Every valley, hip, and ridge has to be done right or you'll have problems down the road.

On top of the shingle work, we replaced the gutters around the full perimeter. The new white gutters and downspouts are clean, well-fitted, and properly pitched to move water away from the foundation. It's one of those details that most people don't think about until they've got water pooling where it shouldn't be. A new roof without functioning gutters is only half the job done.

This is what a complete exterior roofing package looks like in Murfreesboro - insurance claim handled, quality materials installed, and gutters that actually do their job. The homeowner ended up with a home that looks sharp and is protected the right way.
